You may use Pep One for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that violates any law.

Pep One is a tracking and information tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.

You retain ownership of any content you enter into the app. Because content is stored on your device, you are responsible for keeping backups.

The app is distributed via the Apple App Store and is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Pep One is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pep One and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pep One after changes means you accept the updated terms.
