Pep One is designed to keep your data on your device wherever possible. Depending on how you use the app, we may process:

• Content you enter into the app (e.g. schedules, notes, preferences).
• Basic device information such as OS version and app version for diagnostics.
• Anonymous usage and crash data to improve reliability.
• Messages you send us at contact@pepone.io.

• To provide and improve the Pep One app and website.
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse or technical issues.

Your personal content is stored locally on your device. If you contact us, your email and message are stored only for as long as needed to respond.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's own privacy policy applies to your interactions with the App Store. We do not sell your personal data.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing contact@pepone.io. You can remove locally stored data at any time by deleting the app.

Pep One is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
